Gun control

The recent shooting rampage in Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and many others, when inocent people were attacked by gunman. It is terrible, but it is true. So what we should do? To my mind we should give thought to gun control, especially in USA. Because in this democratic country is one of the easiest way to obtain the gun. Also there is a constitutional statement in the USA Constitution, that everyone can have a gun. I think that this right is too liberal. The government of the United States of America should take drastic measures to tighten up the possesion of hand guns. Of course I think that they will not ban to obtain a gun. But the government should try to do something because this problem is growing up and in the future can be more victims. Maybe the commission of medicine should be more tighten up or something else. But in my opinion the guns should be banned and only used at war and by the FBI and police ! In other hand, will it make any difference? If criminals want guns they will get then no matter what the law says.

conflict

Conflict is a characteristic of human existence. It is part of the dynamic of life that drives us into the future. But it needs to be managed constructively. When associated with violence, destruction and killing, it is no longer a healthy part of living. Violent conflict solves few problems, creates many, and breeds more unhealthy conflict to come. So what is a conflict?
It is the expression of disagreement over something important to both (or all) sides of a dispute.
There are a lot of tipes of conflicts : military, economic, diplomatic, international, community, religious, group and many others. But the main reason of various conflicts is a human. But I think that the worst is that people solving their problems in the worst way- conflicts. That is the problem, as I mentioned, especially, violent conflict solves few problem, creates many... So to my mind people should find another way to solve problems!

Internet Fraud

In criminal law, fraud is the crime or offense of deliberately deceiving another in order to damage them – usually, to obtain property or services unjustly. Fraud can be committed through many methods, including mail, wire, phone, and the internet. Types of fraud : bank fraud, fraud by phone, e-mail, credit card fraud and many others. I would like to mention internet fraud. It is one of the most common fraud in our society. For example, e-mail solicitations to purchase goods or services may be instances of attempted fraud. The fraudulent offer typically features a popular item or service, at a drastically reduced price. Of course, the item is never delivered, as it was not a legitimate offer in the first place. An offer may even be no more than an attempt to obtain the victim's credit card information. Everyday using the internet you can fece to the attempt to cheat you by the internet fraudsters. Such offers like to buy something cheaper than in other online stores, or just you can get a message that you won in a lotery or something like this. But you must be very carefully! How to avoid it? Internet and e-mail fraud can be avoided by: keeping one's e-mail address as secret as possible;ignoring unsolicited e-mails of all types, simply deleting them; if you have been defrauded, report it to law enforcement authorities — many frauds go unreported, due to shame, guilty feelings or embarrassment.

Employment law

A begin of industrialization, was also a begin of employment law. It was in the 19th century. The legislation of employment rights has increased in the 20th century. English employment acts :
The 1978 Employment Protection Act, the 1970 Equal Pay Act, the 1976 Race Relations Act and the 1975 and 1986 Sex Discrimination Acts. EC acts and rights : the 1950 Shops Act, the right to strike, the 1984 Trade Union Act. Today all the following rights and acts are very important to ensure a good conditions for employers and employees. Japanese have fewer employment rights than Western countries. One of the main features are that the workers have to work very long hours and often do not ask for overtime payment, also it is unusual for employee to take legal action against his employer. Japanese workers enjoy more security than many employees in western countries..

Lifelong Learning Strategy

Our life is like a book, so we are passing our days like pages in the book. So we are learning all our life : every day, every hour, every minute. To my mind, we can not stop learning, because it is unlimited, we can find out a lot of news everyday, so we must save useful new things in our minds. How to do it? It depends on person. For example, if I want to learn somthing, I know that I must do it and don't think about other things which can disturb me to learn knew things. So I must concentrate into one thing I want to learn and so all life. That is my life long learning strategy. To my mind it is the best strategy for me. I don't know others are thinking about it, but it is the best strategy I can do.
